1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and how you use it. Similar technologies include localStorage (browser-based storage) and session tokens.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, protect your account, and remember your preferences. We categorize our cookies and similar technologies as follows.

3. Essential Cookies (No Consent Required)

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled.

4. Functional Preferences (Stored in Browser)

localStorage data never leaves your browser and is not sent to our servers or any third party.

5. Analytics Cookies (Consent Required)

We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service. These cookies are only loaded after you provide consent.

Currently, no analytics cookies are in use. This section will be updated if analytics services are added.

6. Third-Party Services and Cookies

AI Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google): Our AI API calls are server-to-server. These providers do not place any cookies on your browser through our Service.

Financial Data Providers: Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, FMP, and SEC EDGAR are accessed server-side only. No cookies are placed on your browser.

Payments (Future): When we add payment processing (Stripe), Stripe may set fraud-prevention cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) on payment-related pages. These will be disclosed here and consent will be managed appropriately.

7. Managing Cookies

Browser settings: You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings:

Cookie preferences: When analytics cookies are implemented, you will be able to manage your preferences via a “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as simple as re-opening this settings panel.

Note: Disabling essential cookies will sign you out of SuperAgentic.

8. Updates to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy when we add new cookies or tracking technologies. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
