By accessing or using SuperAgentic (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
SuperAgentic is an experimental research project currently in beta. It is not operated by a registered company or corporation. The Service is provided by the project operator (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on an as-is, experimental basis.
Features, functionality, data availability, and the Service itself may change, degrade, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Service during this beta period is entirely at your own risk. We make no commitments regarding uptime, continuity, or long-term availability.
SuperAgentic is an AI-powered financial research tool. It aggregates publicly available financial data from third-party providers (including but not limited to Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, Financial Modeling Prep, SEC EDGAR, and web search engines) and uses third-party large language model providers (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to generate analysis based on that data.
The Service provides general financial information for educational and research purposes only.
Nothing provided by SuperAgentic — including any data, analysis, calculation, report, score, rating, valuation, recommendation, or any other output generated by the Service — constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
The Service is not intended to provide, and should not be construed as providing, personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, or a basis for any financial decision.
SuperAgentic is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial institution. SuperAgentic is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other state, federal, or international regulatory body. No fiduciary relationship is created between you and SuperAgentic by your use of the Service.
You should not rely on any output from this Service as the sole or primary basis for any investment or financial decision. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
SuperAgentic uses artificial intelligence, including large language models (LLMs), to generate analysis and responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) AI outputs may be inaccurate. Large language models are probabilistic systems that can produce outputs containing errors, omissions, fabricated information (“hallucinations”), outdated data, or biased analysis. AI-generated content should never be treated as a sole source of truth or factual authority.
(b) Data may be stale or incomplete. Financial data is sourced from third-party providers with varying update frequencies and coverage. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Real-time accuracy is not guaranteed.
(c) Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any historical data, backtested results, or trend analysis presented by the Service does not predict future performance.
(d) You are responsible for verification. You bear sole responsibility for independently verifying any data, analysis, or output before relying on it for any purpose. We provide data source attribution to assist your verification.
(e) AI disclosure. You are interacting with AI-powered software, not a human financial analyst. Responses are generated algorithmically, not by licensed professionals.
(f) Non-financial intelligence (“OSINT”) investigations are limited in scope and coverage. The Service may offer to scan publicly available government databases, court records, and web sources for non-financial signals related to a company (regulatory enforcement, litigation, safety complaints, environmental compliance, and similar public records). You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service is currently available by invitation only. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without cause or notice. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
(a) Ownership. You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service, including skills (prompt templates), saved prompts, and any other user-generated materials (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
(b) License to Operate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except as noted in subsection (c).
(c) Community Sharing License. If you choose to share a skill publicly through the community marketplace, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to the Service and its users to use, display, fork, and modify that skill. This license survives deletion of your account for skills that were publicly shared at the time of deletion. You may withdraw a skill from public sharing at any time, which terminates this license going forward (but does not affect forks already created).
(d) AI Outputs. Outputs generated by the Service in response to your inputs are assigned to you to the extent permitted by applicable law. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under current U.S. law, and that the Service may generate similar or identical outputs for other users with similar queries.
(e) Platform Improvement. We may analyze anonymized, aggregated patterns from publicly shared community skills to improve the Service, including enhancing skill recommendations, identifying popular analysis patterns, and improving platform features. This analysis uses only anonymized data and does not identify individual users or their content. Private skills, conversations, and saved prompts are never used for this purpose. You may opt out of this usage for your public skills in your Account Settings without affecting your ability to use the Service.
(f) No Third-Party AI Training. We will not sell, license, or provide Your Content to third parties for the purpose of training external AI models. We will not use Your Content to train our own AI models without your explicit opt-in consent. If we introduce such a feature in the future, it will require separate, affirmative consent and will not apply retroactively to content created before that consent.
The Service relies on third-party providers for AI processing and financial data. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third parties. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of:
(a) Credit System. SuperAgentic uses a credit-based system to manage usage. Credits are consumed when you use the Service’s AI-powered features, with consumption rates varying by feature and the AI model used. Current credit consumption rates are published on our pricing page.
(b) Free Credits. Upon account creation, you receive a one-time allocation of free credits. Free credits are granted at our discretion, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be adjusted or revoked at any time. Additional free credits may be earned through promotional programs at our discretion.
(c) Purchased Credits. You may purchase credits through our payment processor, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Purchased credits are: (i) non-refundable except where required by applicable law; (ii) non-transferable to other accounts or persons; (iii) not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment; (iv) not exchangeable for other products or services outside the Service.
(d) Credit Expiration. Credits never expire while your account remains active. However, if your account is dormant (no login or API activity) for 24 consecutive months, we may expire remaining credits after providing 30 days’ prior notice via email.
(e) Pricing Changes. We may change credit pricing, credit pack offerings, and per-feature credit consumption rates at any time. Price changes take effect 30 days after we post the updated pricing or otherwise notify you. Previously purchased credits are not affected by price changes — they retain their full value regardless of subsequent pricing updates.
(f) Auto-Reload. If you enable auto-reload, you authorize us (via Paddle) to automatically charge your saved payment method when your credit balance falls below your configured threshold, up to your monthly spending cap. Auto-reload is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in. You may disable auto-reload or change your spending cap at any time in Settings. A confirmation email is sent for every auto-reload charge.
(g) Payment Processing. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which serves as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance. Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. Charges on your bank statement will appear as “PADDLE.NET* SUPERAGENTIC.”
(h) Refunds. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, or processing error), contact us within 30 days at legal@superagentichat.com. Payment disputes and chargebacks are managed by Paddle.
(i) Account Termination — Effect on Credits. If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, all credits (including purchased credits) are forfeited without refund. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide 30 days’ notice during which you may use your remaining credits. Free credits are forfeited upon any termination.
(j) No Warranty on Credit Value. Credits represent prepaid access to Service features at then-current consumption rates. We do not guarantee any minimum number of queries, analyses, or outputs per credit, as consumption depends on the AI model used, query complexity, and features invoked.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, title, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that: the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; any data or analysis will be accurate, complete, timely, or reliable; the Service will meet your requirements; or any errors or defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER SUPERAGENTIC NOR ITS OPERATOR SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR TRADING LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM RELIANCE ON ANY DATA, ANALYSIS, OR OUTPUT PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
You assume all responsibility and risk for any decisions, actions, or conclusions made based on information provided through the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperAgentic, its operator, and their respective affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; (d) any content you submit, post, or share through the Service; or (e) any financial decision you make in reliance on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All credits in your account (both free and purchased) are subject to Section 10(i). Sections 4, 5, 8(c), 8(d), 8(f), 10(c)–(j), 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
